The Local Services Board of Loring, Port Loring and District
would like to announce that Dr. Frits Verzijlenberg is having a
rabies clinic at the Activity Centre, 18 Hilltop Road East in
Arnstein on June 1, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Cost will be $20.00 per pet
Do be aware, if you have a dog or a cat Rabies vaccinations are required by law. This means that your pet should either have annual Rabies vaccinations, or be on a Rabies vaccination schedule. We vaccinate using a 3-year vaccine (for dogs) which means your dog will get a Rabies vaccination as a puppy, again at 1 year of age, and every three years after that. Cat vaccines for Rabies only last one year which means your cat will need to be vaccinated annually for Rabies.
